We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications safely and accurately, providing professional pharmaceutical advice to patients, maintaining proper medication records, and ensuring compliance with relevant pharmacy standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately and safely.
- Review prescriptions to ensure appropriate dosage, drug interactions, contraindications, and potential allergies are considered.
- Provide patients with clear information on medication use, dosage, side effects, and storage.
- Counsel patients on proper medication adherence and usage.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, medications, and patient information.
Requirements
‎‎• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or ( Pharm.D)
‎
‎• Current practicing license from the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
‎
‎• Minimum of 1 years post-NYSC experience, preferably in a Community Pharmacy or hospital setting.
‎
‎• Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
‎
‎• Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team.
‎
‎• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety.
