We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Barber Instructor, preferably with a crossover license to teach and mentor future barbers. The ideal candidate is passionate about the profession, enjoys working with students, and can demonstrate strong barbering skills and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Teach barbering theory and hands-on techniques
- Demonstrate haircutting, shaving, grooming, sanitation, and client-service practices
- Support students as they build technical skills and confidence
- Track student attendance, progress, and required training hours
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom and clinic floor
- Follow applicable school policies and state requirements
- Perform administrative work for filing students' tests and paperworkÂ
Qualifications
- Current barber license/ crossover license, as required by the state
- Strong barbering skills and professional experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and mentoring skills
- Commitment to student learning and client safety
- 7 plus years of experience

Schedule and Compensation
- Full-time position 8:30- 5 pm
- Compensation: [$22 - $25] based on experience
