Medicoil is growing and looking for an experienced Class A Coiler to join our 1st shift manufacturing team. If you have experience setting up and operating coiling equipment and enjoy solving production challenges in a fast-paced environment, we would love to connect with you.

Schedule

1st Shift
Monday – Friday

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate spring coiling and/or wire forming machines
• Produce compression, extension, torsion springs, wire forms, and rings to blueprint specifications
• Perform machine adjustments and in-process inspections to maintain quality standards
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and load testers to verify part conformance
• Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement efforts
• Assist with training newer team members
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Prior spring coiling and/or wire forming experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and tooling knowledge
• Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing specifications
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 4–7 years of related spring manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
