As a Tax Senior Associate at Aldrich, you will work closely with clients, managers, and partners to prepare and review tax returns, support client deliverables, and contribute to timely, high-quality service. Requirements
- 3+ years of recent public accounting experience with a primary focus on tax or business consultingÂ
- Experience preparing tax returns and supporting client deliverablesÂ
- Ability to mentor others and review work productÂ
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skillsÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or another related field from an accredited college or universityÂ
- Successful completion of the CPA exam, licensed CPA, JD, or EA preferredÂ
You’ll Get a Chance ToÂ
- Prepare income tax returns, including consolidated and multi-state tax returnsÂ
- Assist with tax return review and client deliverablesÂ
- Develop relationships with client personnel responsible for tax mattersÂ
- Support tax planning, consulting, and client service needsÂ
- Provide effective project management and communicate status updates clearlyÂ
- Use current technology and tools to enhance deliverablesÂ
- Build technical competence by staying up to date on tax trends, developments, and technical authoritiesÂ
- Mentor associates and review work product as appropriateÂ

At Aldrich, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each candidate. The compensation offered may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, and other job-related reasons. Aldrich also ensures internal equity in all pay decisions. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,000 - $105,000.Â
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational goals.Â

What You Should KnowÂ
This is a full-time position with hybrid workplace options. Candidates should be able to work from the Lake Oswego office 3 days per week and must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.Â
