Ellet Neon Sales and Service Inc is looking for a driven and well organized Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and follow-up skills
Manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, maintain project schedules and contractor needs
Process submittals
Oversee all project closeout, punch lists, warranties and final documentation
Support field operations by ordering rental equipment, work with subcontractors as needed
Attend on-site or video project meetings, site visits
Prepare, update and communicate project schedule and completion dates
Prepare work order requests for fabrication and installation
Prepare shipping orders
Attend weekly in house project meeting updates

Requirements:

2+ years of project management experience, preferably in signage, construction, or a related trade industry
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills
Ability to read and interpret change orders, blueprints, or technical drawings is a plus
Problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail
Valid driver's license, cell phone and reliable transportation
MUST work well with others
Zero tolerance drug free work place

Schedule and Benefits:
Monday through Friday 8:00 to 5:00
Bi-weekly, direct deposit payroll
In person position. NOT remote
Health Insurance and Life Insurance after 90 days
Vacation and 401K after 1 year full time employment
Job site travel reimbursement
