Each of us is a neighbor, a friend, a family member, and together, we are a trusted community health center.QualificationsJOB SUMMARY Assist the finance department with daily and monthly tasks.  Use critical thinking and AI to improve the finance department and assist with financial strategic initiatives.   SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES Assist with preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. Partners with Controller and other leaders to implement and achieve strategic initiatives. Assist with preparation of annual budget. Manage grant tracking and produces reports and invoices as required by HRSA and any other business partners. POC and lead activities related to annual financial audit. Responsible for reconciliation and categorization of account balances. Performs other work-related duties as assigned.   POSITION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or 5 years of relevant experience. CPA preferred. Strong in Microsoft Excel. Deep understanding of GAAP accounting. Experience with AI within accounting preferred. FQHC experience preferred.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS In order to fulfill the requirements of this position, duties 1-7 are considered essential functions of the job.   ORGANIZATIONAL INVOLVEMENT This position is required to participate in mandatory all staff meetings, team meetings and trainings.
