Production Manager

What You’ll Do
• Lead day-to-day production operations to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
 • Supervise, coach, and develop production team members
• Monitor production schedules, capacity, and workflow to meet customer demand.
 • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and throughput.
 • Partner with manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain to resolve production issues.
 • Ensure adherence to standard work, work instructions, and operational procedures.
 • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, scrap, labor efficiency, and output.
 • Support training, cross-training, and workforce development initiatives.
 • Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and company standards.
 • Participate in NPI readiness, ensuring production teams are prepared for new product launches.
What You Need
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
 • 5+ years of production or operations experience in a manufacturing environment.
 • 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
 • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
 • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
 • Familiarity with ERP systems and production reporting (SAP experience is a plus).
 • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Â
 • Experience in electro-mechanical or industrial product manufacturing.
 • Background in high-mix, low-volume production environments.
