DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
Manage chronic and acute conditions, including ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Conduct routine physical examinations and health screenings.
Coordinate care with support staff (MAs, LVNs) to ensure efficient patient flow.
Document patient encounters in Epic EMR and maintain accurate medical records.
