Join a collaborative, patient-focused therapy team at St. Mary’s Rehabilitation Hospital, where you’ll have the opportunity to lead and support a multidisciplinary team dedicated to quality rehabilitation care. The Rehabilitation Manager will oversee daily therapy operations, scheduling, productivity, documentation, and staff development in a supportive team environment.

How you’ll contribute

A Rehabilitation Manager who excels in this role:

Perform appropriate assessments on residents referred for therapy; observe/evaluate treatments and recommend changes to the physician as needed.
Demonstrate knowledge of rehabilitation modalities and develop teaching plans based on resident learning needs; involve families as appropriate and evaluate learning effectiveness.
Assess pain that interferes with participation in rehabilitation and contact the physician for appropriate intervention.
Oversee scheduling of treatments and maintain departmental productivity standards.
Ensure compliance with departmental inspections and documentation requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for

Education/Licensure: Current state licensure/certification as PT, Speech Pathologist, or OTR certified by NBCOT; current BLS certification.
Experience: At least one (1) year of management experience in rehabilitative medicine. IRF/management experience highly preferred
Skills: Proficient clinical assessment and treatment planning; knowledge of rehab modalities; pain assessment/management coordination; effective teaching and family engagement; scheduling and productivity management; strong communication, teamwork, and documentation accuracy.
