We are seeking experienced Emergency Room RNs to join a fast-paced ED team in Lansing, MI.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of recent ED experience and possess certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC.
Pay rates are $52/hour for local RNs and $59/hour for traveler RNs, with a 36-hour guarantee for the contract.
The position is a 13-week travel/local contract with night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, starting on August 24, 2026.
Candidates should be calm under pressure, highly organized, and effective communicators in high-stress situations.

Pay Rates

Local RN: $52/hour

Traveler RN: $59/hour —( $31/hour W-2 taxable + $28/hour non-taxable stipend)

Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, timely nursing care to emergency patients.
Assess patients, prioritize care, and respond to changes in condition.
Administer medications and treatments accurately.
Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team.
Communicate effectively with patients and families during high-stress situations.

Requirements

3+ years of recent ED experience – Required
ACLS, BLS, PALS & TNCC – Required
Telemetry experience – Preferred
Previous travel nursing experience – Preferred
