Move-In Coordinator

Job Details: Job Location: St. Anthony of Lansing - Lansing, IL, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $26.65 - $26.65Hourly, Job Shift: 1st shift, Responsibilities:  Takes lead on resident move-in, creating a warm and welcoming environment while coordinating and maintaining a seamless, dignified, and compassionate transition  Effectively communicates the move-in procedure, guiding residents and family members through the process from application completion to move-in day Facilities the lease signing process with residents and family members, managing annual recertification, and maintaining thorough documentation for Tax Credit files Completes income verification, collects insurance, and documents all pertinent information upon initial residency Ensures that each apartment is thoughtfully prepared for incoming residents.
