What You'll Do

As a Sales Assistant, you'll be an essential part of our sales support team, working closely with Account Representatives, vendors, and internal departments to keep customer orders moving smoothly from start to finish.

• Manage Customer Orders: Coordinate order details, processing, and follow-up to ensure accuracy and timely completion.

• Work with Vendors: Request pricing, obtain quotes, confirm orders, and resolve discrepancies.

• Coordinate Production: Manage artwork, proofs, production timelines, and delivery schedules.

• Keep Things Organized: Enter and maintain purchase orders, track progress, and meet deadlines.

• Support the Sales Team: Communicate updates, solve problems, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Collaborate Across Departments: Work with team members to keep projects on track and customers satisfied.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams).

• A proactive, dependable, team-oriented attitude.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
