Red Cedar Lodge Senior Living is seeking a friendly, dependable Part-Time Server to join our dining services team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with older adults and takes pride in providing warm, attentive service.

Position Summary

The Server is responsible for providing courteous, efficient dining service to our residents while helping create a welcoming and enjoyable mealtime experience.

Shifts: Morning and afternoon shifts available

Responsibilities

• Greet residents warmly and provide friendly, respectful service.
• Set and prepare dining areas before meals.
• Serve meals and beverages according to residents' selections and dietary requirements.
• Assist residents with menu choices and provide attentive table service.
• Clear and clean tables and maintain a neat, sanitary dining environment.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and senior living dining-service procedures.
• Communicate residents' requests or concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Work cooperatively with kitchen, dining, and care staff.
• Help ensure every resident receives a positive and enjoyable dining experience.
