  • Assist with client onboarding documentation and account paperwork.
  • Attend client meetings as appropriate to observe advisor-client interaction.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; rising junior or senior preferred.
  • Strong interest in financial planning, wealth management, or the CFP® path.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; comfort learning new software platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Direct mentorship from CFP® professionals, including advisor shadowing and client meeting exposure.
  • Hands-on experience with real planning work: retirement projections, benefits analysis, and portfolio review materials.
