What You'll Do
- Process and bill new and pre-owned vehicle sales
- Review deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness
- Verify contracts, rebates, incentives, taxes, and financing documentation
- Maintain accurate accounting records and reconcile vehicle deals
- Work closely with our Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams to ensure every transaction is completed accurately and on time
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
Requirements

What We're Looking For
? Dealership billing or automotive accounting experience preferred
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
? Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
? Experience with dealership management systems (PBS, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar) is a plus
? Knowledge of vehicle contracts, funding, and accounting processes preferred
? Positive attitude and team-first mindset
