Job Summary: Responsible for performing Criminal/Civil Background Screenings and Diligent Search in accordance with Chapters 39, 65, 435 and Department of Children and Families Policy. Job Duties: Serve as primary contact for Live Scan clients; includes the scheduling of appointments and physical process of capturing fingerprints  Collects any necessary documentation, personal information, live scan data or fees required for administration of Livescan and other pertinent background screening services. Assist in Diligent Searches Participate in training and development activities. Other duties as assigned.   QualificationsEducation:    High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred. Experience:    Four years computer work experience required. Law or Criminal Justice knowledge preferred. Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration:    Valid driver’s license.
