Job DetailsJob Location: Clearwater, FL 33762Overview: CoverageX is seeking a motivated Retention Specialist to join our customer success team onsite in Clearwater, FL. In this role, you’ll handle inbound calls from clients who are considering canceling their insurance policies. You’ll provide solutions and incentives to retain their coverage, ensuring customer satisfaction while maximizing policy retention. Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls per day from customers considering policy cancellations. Identify reasons for potential cancellations and present tailored solutions to retain the customer. Effectively communicate product benefits, promotions, and retention offers. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members and management to improve retention strategies. Meet and exceed individual retention and performance goals, including bonus targets. Maintain a professional and empathetic tone during every customer interaction. Qualifications: Previous experience in retention within a B2C environment is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced inbound call environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
