Job Description

NV Energy Our client is seeking a Senior NMS Oracle End User Trainer to support Oracle NMS deployments through March 2027. This part-time contract role (20-30 hours/week) focuses on end-user readiness, training delivery, and adoption support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

•    Review and validate training materials and documentation.

•    Develop training workflows and user support resources.

•    Participate in train-the-trainer sessions.

•    Deliver live end-user training sessions.

•    Coach and support super users and end users.

•    Support change management and business transformation initiatives.

•    Obtain NERC CIP certification as required.

•    Travel as needed (reimbursable expenses only).



Requirements

Qualifications:

•    Senior-level end-user training experience.

•    Knowledge of Oracle NMS solutions.

•    Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

•    Experience in creating workflows and training content.

•    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a challenging environment.

•    Self-starter with strong leadership and coaching abilities.
