Job Summary**

Responsible for assembling electronic components and sub-assemblies according to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities**

* Perform repetitive assembly operations to produce electronic components, sub-assemblies, and final products.
* Read and interpret assembly drawings, diagrams, work instructions, and specifications.
* Utilize hand tools, power tools, and fixtures to assemble parts accurately and efficiently.
* Inspect components and assembled products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
* Identify and report any discrepancies in parts, materials, or assembly processes.
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
* Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives as required.
* May perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
* Ability to read and interpret basic assembly instructions and diagrams.
* Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Basic understanding of electronic components is a plus.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
