Overview

The Casino Host Services Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and guest-service support to Casino Hosts and Player Development Executives. The Coordinator assists with the planning and execution of casino guest visits by processing reservations, coordinating special requests, communicating with internal and external partners, and ensuring that all arrangements are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

It is the responsibility of the Casino Host Services Coordinator to follow through on requests from Casino Hosts and Player Development Executives while anticipating guest needs and helping create a seamless, personalized, and memorable experience for our casino guests.

This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, urgency, discretion, and personalized guest service while consistently demonstrating the Company’s brand standards and core K.E.E.P. values: Kindness, Engagement, Empathy, and Positivity.


Responsibilities

  • Support Casino Hosts and Player Development Executives with casino guest requests via phone and email.
  • Process and coordinate hotel, transportation, dining, show, golf, cabana, amenity, and other guest reservations.
  • Monitor and manage incoming requests, prioritizing time-sensitive guest needs and following requests through completion.
  • Coordinate guest arrangements with internal departments and outside vendors.
  • Maintain accurate guest reservations, notes, charges, and documentation in applicable systems.
  • Prepare and distribute assigned daily operational reports and perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to process guest requests accurately.
  • Ability to work efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient computer and data-entry skills with the ability to learn multiple hotel, casino, and reservation systems.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Registration and any other required licenses or registrations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous customer service, casino, hotel, hospitality, reservations, administrative, or telephone experience preferred.
  • Previous experience supporting Casino Hosts, Player Development, Casino Marketing, VIP Services, or high-value guests is preferred.
  • Must be fluent and articulate in English and able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Must be able to work assigned shifts, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and periods of increased business volume as required.
