ScrubLV Cleaning Services | Las Vegas, NV W-2 Employee Position Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour for hours worked, plus 100% of tips received under applicable policy. No guaranteed weekly paid hours. About ScrubLV ScrubLV Cleaning Services is hiring dependable, detail-oriented cleaning technicians to join our professional team in the metropolitan Las Vegas area. This is a W-2 employee position with ScrubLV. What We Offer: • $19.00/hour starting base pay for hours worked as a W-2 employee • 100% of eligible customer tips attributable to your work, under applicable policy • ScrubLV has a distinct supply reimbursement of $3.00 per hour worked, under current written policy. Employees must maintain a job-ready approved kit to perform their duties. • Paid compensable travel time between assigned jobs • Approved job-to-job mileage reimbursement at the IRS business rate, currently $0.76/mile (July-December 2026). Commuting to and from home is excluded per written policy. • Actual hours and assignments depend on customer demand, scheduling needs, and employee availability. Specific weekly hours are not guaranteed. Availability Requirement: • At least four (4) days a week • At least a five-hour scheduling availability window on each selected day • Saturday preferred but NOT required • Accommodations considered as legally required What You'll Do: • Clean residential homes and office spaces throughout the metropolitan Las Vegas area • Dust, vacuum, mop, and clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas • Follow ScrubLV's professional cleaning procedures and job checklists • Work independently or alongside another assigned cleaner • Maintain cleaning quality while working within scheduled service times • Report property damage, safety concerns, and service issues promptly • Communicate professionally with customers and the ScrubLV office • Travel between assigned job locations when scheduled • Maintain required safety and quality standards at all times What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications: • Reliable, punctual, and professional • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality cleaning • Ability to follow instructions, checklists, and safety procedures • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for traveling between assignments • Ability to perform physical cleaning work, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 20 pounds, with reasonable accommodation where applicable • Authorization to work in the United States • Willingness to complete applicable, lawful pre-employment screening Preferred, but Not Required: • Previous residential, housekeeping, vacation rental, or office cleaning experience • Experience working independently or on a cleaning team • Strong customer service and communication skills Hiring Statement: We provide structured cleaning procedures, company support, and a team environment focused on professionalism and accountability.
