Basic Purpose
The Director, PMO and Capital Optimization is responsible for directing the Project Management Organization (PMO) strategy, financial governance, project controls, and portfolio oversight of the utility’s capital program. Leads enterprise-wide oversight of capital planning, forecasting, reporting, governance, and performance management to ensure capital investments are prioritized appropriately and executed safely, compliantly, on time, and within budget.
