This position requires handling high-volume phone calls with professionalism, utilizing computer skills, and maintaining detailed organization to support the operational efficiency of the business.Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a professional demeanor while managing high-volume phone calls.- Utilize computers with excellent typing skills and knowledge of GSuite to perform daily tasks.- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.- Organize and manage tasks with a detail-oriented approach, ensuring directives are followed accurately.- Work independently or as part of a team, displaying flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.- Apply phone etiquette to enhance customer interactions and support sales and dispatch operations.Qualifications: Required Education:- High school diploma or equivalent.Required Experience:- Experience in handling high-volume phone calls in a professional setting.- Proficiency in using computers and typing skills.- Familiarity with GSuite applications.Preferred Experience:- Previous experience in a sales role.- Experience in a dispatch position.- Advanced knowledge of GSuite.Required Skills and Abilities:- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented.- Capability to follow directives accurately.Preferred Skills and Abilities:- Excellent phone etiquette.- Availability to work evenings and weekends.- Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
