About the Role:

The Human Resource Director plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the overall human capital strategy to support the organization's mission and growth objectives. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws. Minimum Qualifications:
