Interventional Pain Physician

What makes this role different:

We’re a personal injury practice, which means our physicians serve as both treating physicians and retained medical experts. Alongside clinical work, you’ll author expert reports and future cost projections, give deposition and trial testimony, and build working relationships with the plaintiff bar in your market.

It’s the most distinctive part of practicing here, and for the right physician it’s the most rewarding — you develop a genuine reputation in the legal community, your clinical reasoning gets sharpened by having to defend it, and the medical-legal side opens professional opportunities that a standard pain practice doesn’t. The clinical work:

We’re out of network with health insurance. No prior authorizations, no insurance denials, no utilization review, no RVU targets. You determine what’s indicated and you do it. Our focus is acute and subacute interventional pain — diagnostic and therapeutic blocks, RFA, regenerative procedures — performed in a dedicated ASC with an experienced nursing team. We are not an opioid management practice.
