En tant qu'opticien agréé vous aiderez à mener les magasins de luxe au succès en créant et en maintenant une solide clientèle. Vous offrirez constamment une expérience exceptionnelle, surpassant les attentes en matière de service et de ventes, et assiste le gérant du magasin en s'assurant de la conformité du contrôle de qualité optique.

PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Maintenir des normes de ventes et de service extrĂŞmement Ă©levĂ©es.
  • Établir et entretenir de solides relations avec les clients afin de construire et de maintenir une clientèle fidèle.
  • Guider de manière experte les clients dans la sĂ©lection de montures et de verres, les mieux adaptĂ©s Ă  leur style de vie, leur garde-robe, leur ordonnance (Rx) et leurs besoins en matière de prix.
  • DĂ©montrer une prĂ©cision sans faille dans la prise et l'enregistrement des mesures, dans l'ajustement des lunettes, ainsi que dans l'exĂ©cution des tâches en dĂ©tails.
  • Garantir que les lunettes rĂ©pondent aux normes de prĂ©cision impeccable dignes des services de luxe.
  • Comprendre et soutenir toutes les politiques et procĂ©dures de vente du service de luxe.
  • Former et encadrer les gestionnaires et les associĂ©s.
  • ReprĂ©senter la vision, la mission et les valeurs de Luxottica Retail ; cĂ©lèbrer les victoires ; mener par l'exemple.

QUALIFICATIONS DE BASE

  • DiplĂ´me d'Ă©tudes secondaires
  • Licence d'État ou certification d'opticien par une association d'opticiens reconnue au niveau national
  • 2+ ans d'expĂ©rience en vente dans le secteur des services de luxe
  • Connaissance de la thĂ©orie et des pratiques d'optique actuelles
  • ExpĂ©rience en environnement de vente
  • FlexibilitĂ© pour travailler selon des horaires non traditionnels, y compris le soir et le week-end

Pay Range:   - 35.76 

This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
