Coming soon to the Las Vegas Strip, Hard Rock Las Vegas will be a fully integrated luxury resort offering world-class hospitality, gaming, dining, entertainment and retail. Positioned on the 50-yard line of the Strip, the resort will feature a nearly 700 ft. guitar-shaped hotel that will change the Las Vegas skyline. The finished complex will feature over 3,700 hotel rooms, approximately 175,000 square feet of gaming space, two spas, multiple pools, live entertainment venues and dozens of restaurants, lounges and retail outlets.


TheĀ Manager,Ā HumanĀ Resources,Ā is responsible for delivering exceptional HR service and support through strong operational leadership, benefits administration, andĀ processĀ oversight. This role leads a team member–focused HR service model, includingĀ aĀ function that serves asĀ anĀ access point for team memberĀ and leaderĀ support.Ā Ā TheĀ Manager,Ā Human Resources ensures HR programs are accessible, accurate, compliant, andĀ responsive, creatingĀ a welcoming, informative, and well-organized HR experience that supports engagement, trust, and operational excellence.Ā 

Key Responsibilities:Ā 

  • Lead and oversee a high-touch HR support model, including HR coordinators whoĀ manageĀ the HRĀ supportĀ for team members.Ā 

  • Ensure HR coordinators are trained, informed, and empowered to answer questions related to benefits, onboarding, policies, HR systems, and general employment matters, escalating issues appropriately when needed.Ā 

  • EstablishĀ standardĀ operating procedures,Ā managesĀ workflows,Ā andĀ setsĀ serviceĀ expectationsĀ to ensure consistent, timely, and professional supportĀ of team members.Ā 

  • Monitor trends in team member inquiries to identify opportunities for education, process improvement, and enhanced communication.Ā 

  • Create a welcoming and approachable HR presence that encourages team members to seek assistance and guidance.Ā 

  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of allĀ team memberĀ benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement (401(k)), and ancillary plans.Ā 

  • Lead annual open enrollment planning and execution, including system configuration, vendor coordination,Ā team memberĀ communications, and education sessions.Ā 

  • Conduct regular audits of benefit enrollments, eligibility, billing, and payroll deductions to ensure accuracy and financial integrity.Ā 

  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert for benefits programs, supporting HR coordinators and providing guidance on more complex benefit-related questions.Ā 

  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve benefit issues and continuously improve the team member benefits experience.Ā 

  • Oversee effective use of HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) to support HR operations, benefits administration, onboarding, and reporting.Ā 

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.Ā 

  • Utilize reporting and analytics to track volumes and types of HR inquiries, onboarding metrics, benefits participation, and operational effectiveness.Ā 

  • Support adoption of HR systems and tools through clear documentation, job aids, and hands-on support for both team members and HR staff.Ā 

  • Ensure HR processes and benefit programs comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and industry regulations.Ā 

  • Maintain sensitive team member information with the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards.Ā 

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows, improve service delivery, and enhance the overall team member experience.Ā 

Experience:Ā 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related areas and five (5) years directly related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Ā Ā 

  • Microsoft Office software knowledge required to include Word and Excel.Ā  HRISĀ systems experience required to include Workday.Ā
