Job DetailsJob Location: Las Vegas, NV 89109Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.00Job Purpose: The Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the venue, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff. This role requires attentiveness and quick response to various situations, contributing to the overall efficiency and smooth operation of the facility. Key Responsibilities: Maintain the upkeep of the venue, ensuring all areas are clean and well-organized. Promptly clean spills, broken glass, and other hazards to ensure safety and cleanliness. Stock areas of need with necessary supplies and materials. Remove debris and trash from the venue, ensuring proper disposal. Perform sweeping and mopping tasks according to the cleaning schedule. Follow the established cleaning schedule to maintain consistent cleanliness standards. Efficiently take out trash and ensure waste management protocols are followed. QualificationsRequired Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Mandatory Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a custodial or janitorial role is required Experience working in a fast-paced environment or similar work environment is preferred (night/day club, bar, casino, etc.) Must be able to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights. Previous experience in a similar environment (nightclub, dayclub, casino etc) Must have or be able to obtain sheriff's card, health card, and tam card. Must be able to work evenings and weekends. Must be comfortable working in an adult entertainment environment Required Skills and Abilities: Must be observant and quick to respond to various situations Must be able to move quickly through work and set the pace in the office and/or venue Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time Must be dexterous and able to participate in all service aspects. Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb and carry as necessary Must be able to push and lift up to 150 lbs.
