Fore Property Co, A national multi-family developer and builder is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in multifamily and podium construction to oversee a new project from preconstruction through closeout for the Las Vegas, NV market.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, financially minded, and experienced in managing on‑site teams and subcontractors while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee all phases of construction, from preconstruction planning through project closeout
- Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with contract documents, codes, and safety regulations
- Track project progress, costs, and documentation using Procore
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues
Must have a strong background in the following:
- Project budgeting and cost control
- Estimating and contract review
- Scheduling and schedule management
- Contracting and subcontractor buyout
- Hiring and managing on‑site project teams
- Managing and coordinating on‑site subcontractors
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager in multifamily and podium construction required.
- Proven experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion
- Ability to lead projects while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule expectations
- Must be proficient in MS Office, MS Project and Bluebeam
- Procore experience required-must be able to use procore as the primary project tracking and documentation tracking platform
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem solving abilities
