We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our automotive service team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building customer relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment. Our team members play an important role in delivering a positive customer experience while supporting daily sales and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.

• Help customers select tires, automotive products, and maintenance services based on their needs.

• Explain available services, product features, pricing, and recommendations.

• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to individual and store sales goals.

• Prepare service estimates, invoices, and customer work orders.

• Communicate with service technicians to coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.

• Keep customers informed about service progress and completion times.

• Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and respond to customer questions.

• Process transactions using point-of-sale systems.

• Review vehicle inspection results and discuss recommended services with customers.

• Assist with inventory, product availability, and general store operations.

• Maintain an organized, professional, and customer-friendly environment.

• Follow company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A positive attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service.

• Sales experience preferred; automotive industry experience is a plus.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy retail environment.

• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn about tires, automotive maintenance, and related products.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Ability to meet applicable pre-employment screening requirements.
