Position Type: Seasonal About the Program Youth Adventure Days is a single-day, outdoor experience designed for kids ages 7-12 to get active, make friends, and explore nature. Each day includes: Nature Hikes Arts & Crafts Disc Golf Scenic Chair Lift Rides Lawn Games & Team Challenges Archery Sessions Responsibilities Lead and supervise groups of kids through a full morning of outdoor activities Create a safe, inclusive, and positive environment Facilitate games, guide nature hikes, and teach basic archery and disc golf skills Assist with set-up and take-down of equipment Communicate clearly with staff, parents, and campers QualificationsQualifications Experience working with children (camps, schools, recreation, etc.) Love for the outdoors and active play Reliable, patient, and energetic attitude
