Job Details: Job Location: Sapphire Gentlemen's Club - Las Vegas, NV, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $12.00 - $12.00Hourly, Job Shift: Any, Job Category: Customer Service, Job Purpose:- The primary purpose of the Bartender position is to provide excellent customer service by preparing and serving beverages, including cocktails, champagne, and other drinks, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Bartenders are responsible for ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience while maintaining a professional and outgoing demeanor.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve cocktails, champagne, and other beverages with precision and attention to detail.- Demonstrate extensive brand knowledge to effectively upsell and suggestive sell to guests.- Manage multiple tasks efficiently under busy and sometimes stressful conditions.- Engage with guests, management, employees, and outside contacts in a professional and effective manner.- Exhibit an outgoing personality to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs, bending, stooping, and kneeling as required.Qualifications: Required Education:- High school diploma or equivalent is required.Required Experience:- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a bartender in a high-volume environment.- Demonstrated experience in cocktail preparation and brand knowledge, including champagne.Required Skills and Abilities:- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and kneeling.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with guests, management, employees, and external contacts.- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under busy and sometimes stressful conditions.- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills to engage with patrons.- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
