The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves leading a team to meet production targets and maintain high standards of performance.

Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of production personnel, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
* Ensure production schedules are met, proactively addressing any delays or issues that arise.
* Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
* Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
* Conduct performance reviews, provide training and development opportunities for team members.
* Collaborate with other departments (e.g., quality control, logistics, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintain accurate production records and generate reports on key performance indicators.
* Troubleshoot and resolve production-related problems and equipment malfunctions.
* Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods to support production needs.

Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration) preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 3 year in a supervisory or lead role.
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a production team.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.
* Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
* Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
