Job DetailsJob Location: Latham, NY 12110Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $71,000.00 - $95,700.00 SalaryRegistered Nurse (RN) for Residential and Day Services Salary Range $71,000 -$95,700/year plus an Elite Benefit Package We pay for experience so please submit an updated resume     Summary A Wildwood Registered Nurse (RN) works with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) provides clinical oversight, direct nursing care, and advocacy to promote long-term health, independence, and quality of life. This role centers on holistic, person-centered care and long-term health management across residential, and day-program settings.   Requirements   Education/Experience: RN degree from a regionally accredited college with one year of nursing experience and 2 years' experience   Certificates and Licenses: NYS License as a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities Coordinates health care services for individuals including direct nursing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Assesses medical training needs of staff and assures that staff are adequately trained to perform ongoing medical care and treatment. Provides health education and training to the individuals. Work as part of an interdisciplinary care team to meet the needs of the individuals. Ensures quality standards for nursing services are in compliance with OPWDD regulations, agency policies and the Nurse Practices Act. Works with community agencies in planning services to meet needs of the individuals.   QualificationsAdditional Requirements: A valid NYS driver's license and ability to drive and driving record acceptable for agency insurance coverage are required. Daily access to an automobile.
