- Experience operating CNC Machine and other in line production machinery including the ability to operate and set up multiple machines: 5 axes saws & Robots & CNC routers.
- Working with technical set-ups on machines.Â
- Measure and set up tooling.Â
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery.Â
- Accurately adjust machine setting(s) to complete tasks according to specifications and in a timely fashion.Â
- Familiar with commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the Machine Operator field.Â
- Set up and calibrate tools from scratch, including drawing profile measuring and calibrating as full 7 tool set.Â
- Verify settings by measuring positions, first-run part and sample work pieces.Â
- Maintain specifications by observing feed rates to density of the stone.Â
- Check machinery for cleanliness and proper working order, making minor adjustments as necessary and making appropriate notifications for repair.Â
- Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
- Document actions by completing production and quality logs, explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:Â Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: |
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of countertop industry.
- CNC operator or machine operator experience.
- Bilingual preferred.
