Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Digital Entry in Lathrop, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Security Professional at a food and beverage location, you will help manage entry points, verify access credentials, monitor activity, and assist with maintaining a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and use computer or tablet systems as needed. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a food and beverage manufacturing location by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, screening visitors, contractors, and deliveries, and maintaining accurate entry and exit records.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Assist with maintaining a controlled environment for personnel, visitors, and product movement by reporting irregularities, documenting incidents, and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
