THE TECHNICIAN 2 POSITION
路 SunStrong Management is searching for an independent service technician capable of completing standard solar service work safely and efficiently.
THE TECHNICIAN 2 - RESPONSIBILITIES
- 聽Perform service work independently, including:
- Panel swaps
- Inverter swaps (string + micro)
- Disconnect/Reconnect (D/R)
- 聽Non-comms troubleshooting and resolution
- 聽Complete accurate job documentation (JCOs, photos, notes)
- 聽Maintain safety and professionalism on site
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 聽1+ years of solar or relevant field experience
- 聽Roof-ready and comfortable working at heights
- 聽Valid driver鈥檚 license (subject to driver record check)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 聽Works independently on standard service calls
- 聽Roof competent
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Driving required
- 聽Roof work/ability to work at various roof pitch heights
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- 聽Ability to work outdoors
- 聽Ability to lift 50 lbs.
