Job Description Summary:

Summary:
As the Entertainment Center Coordinator, you are essential to the success of every event at the E Center. Additionally, you will handle the setup and breakdown for concerts, trade shows, banquets, and more. Your efficiency and attention to detail ensure smooth operations and help deliver outstanding experiences for our guests.

 

 

Job Description:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
  • Set up and tear down event equipment including tables, chairs, furniture, barricades, stanchions, and signage for company events
  • Assist with stagehand duties, including pushing/pulling sound, lighting, and backline equipment on and off the stage
  • Training provided to operate mechanical lifts such as forklifts and scissor lifts
  • Maintain cleanliness of event spaces by sweeping, vacuuming, and organizing large areas
  • Follow event layout maps and instructions to ensure accurate and safe event setups
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
  • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • No prior experience necessary, training is provided
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment

Requirements

  • This position is classified as safety-sensitive and requires successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening, including testing for marijuana
  • At least 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
  • Verify right to work in the United States

  • Regularly push/pull up to 50lbs
  • Regularly lift and/or carry up to 50lbs at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels

  • Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in person
  • Ability to distinguish between shades of color
  • Ability to use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity
