We are looking for a passionate, dedicatedBoard Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team to serve individuals ages 18months to school age within the home and community based setting in theLawrence and Topeka area. We work with an excellent group of RegisteredBehavior Technicians that you will get to supervise. Take the next step in yourcareer and use your BCBA skills to create lasting, positive change!
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
● Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA)
● Kansas Licensure or willing toobtain
● Experience in home-based andcommunity settings are highly preferred
● Strong understanding of autism andevidence-based interventions
● Experience developing,implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans
● Excellent skills in modeling andcoaching staff on strategies and best practices
● Proficient in data collection,interpretation, and adjusting plans based on outcomes
● Strong communication andinterpersonal abilities
Key Responsibilities:
● Assess clients needs conduct functional behavior assessmentand design effective, individualized behavior support plans
● Provide direct supervision andcoaching to families to promote plan fidelity in person
● Maintain timely and accuratedocumentation
● Collect, summarize, and analyzebehavioral data to inform ongoing progress
● Write progress reports andTreatment Plans as scheduled
● Conduct appropriate assessmentsevery 6 months unless otherwise directed by the Clinical Director
