Job DetailsJob Location: PROGRESS ROAD - LAWRENCEVILLE, GA 30043Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: 4 Year DegreePrice Industries is seeking a highly organized and people-focused Human Resources Administrator to support the day-to-day HR operations of our Progress Plant in Lawrenceville, GA. This role serves as a key resource for employees and leaders, helping ensure a positive employee experience while supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and plant engagement initiatives. Responsibilities Serve as a primary HR contact for plant employees and supervisors, answering employee questions and providing support on HR policies, procedures, and programs. Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, employee status changes, training, development, engagement, and offboarding.  Manage recruiting activities, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting phone screens, coordinating hiring events, and facilitating candidate communication.  Coordinate onboarding activities, maintain employee data in Paycom and other HR systems, and conduct 30/60/90-day new hire check-ins to ensure a positive employee experience.  Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, leave administration (LOA/FMLA), benefits documentation, and other HR-related information.  Support benefits administration, temporary workforce management, including review of agency timecards and invoices, and other HR operational processes.  Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, training activities, and plant communications to promote a positive workplace culture. Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws. Participate in employee events, plant meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives that support operational and workforce goals. Perform other human resources and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of administrative, HR, recruiting, or employee support experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset. Spanish language verbal and written a huge plus. Experience supporting a manufacturing or industrial workforce. Experience working with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
