Installation Manager

Pay: $55,000–$65,000/year DOE

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

Out of the Woods Custom Cabinetry is looking for a motivated, hands-on Installation Manager to lead our installation crews and keep projects running smoothly!

What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of cabinet installers and helpers.

• Manage installation schedules, service calls, and job site priorities.

• Ensure materials and supplies are ready for efficient installations.

• Conduct job site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.

• Work closely with production teams to resolve issues and minimize delays.

• Coach and develop employees while improving team productivity.

• Communicate with customers, contractors, and internal teams.

• Track labor hours, resources, and project progress.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of custom cabinetry installation experience preferred.

• 5+ years of installation, production, or manufacturing management experience preferred.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Knowledge of cabinetry installation, tools, and materials.

• Excellent organization, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable working in both shop and job site environments.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Ability to meet company driving and insurability requirements.

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., with or without assistance.

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
