Key Requirements
  • Need for a Home Health RN who will be responsible for the care of patients in their home
  • The qualified candidate will have 2 years of experience performing OASIS assessments and care planning for in-home patients.
  • Previous experience with our Epic is a plus.
  • This person will also be in the call rotation for the department, one in four nights, weekends and holidays
  • Scheduled shifts are days
  • Monday through Friday.
