The Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives that support EnterpriseKC’s strategic priorities. This role drives planning, execution, and delivery across technical and operational projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, stakeholder expectations, and resource constraints.The position serves as a central coordination point across internal teams, partners, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at a high level of quality. This role balances execution with strategic thinking, proactively identifying risks, improving processes, and enabling scalable program delivery across EKC initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:Â
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholdersÂ
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocationsÂ
Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, operational, and external partnersÂ
Track progress against milestones and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependenciesÂ
Ensure alignment between project execution and EKC strategic prioritiesÂ
Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communicationsÂ
Identify and resolve blockers to maintain project momentumÂ
Manage scope changes through structured change control processesÂ
Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning activitiesÂ
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for project successÂ
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery practices, tools, and documentationÂ
Ensure high-quality deliverables through structured validation and stakeholder feedbackÂ
Support coordination across EKC programsÂ
