Warehouse Associate – Pick/Pack

Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Responsibilities

Accurately pick products according to order specifications.
Pack products carefully to ensure quality and prevent damage.
Verify item numbers, quantities, and order details for accuracy.
Maintain productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Follow established work instructions, safety procedures, and company policies.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.
Accept direction and constructive feedback to improve performance.
Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time for scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience required; pick/pack experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong English communication skills, including the ability to understand instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
