Job DetailsJob Location: Lebanon, OH 45036Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $12.15 - $13.00 HourlyYouth Gymnastics Instructor — Countryside YMCA Do you love flips, cartwheels, and helping kids build confidence one skill at a time? Countryside YMCA is looking for an energetic Gymnastics Instructor to lead classes and help kids discover what their bodies (and their courage) can do. What You'll Do Teach gymnastics or ninja-style skills in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment Keep a close eye on every participant — safety always comes first Build kids up with positivity, patience, and creativity Communicate with parents, keep attendance records, and help keep the gym clean and organized Bring new ideas to the table for class activities and games Schedule Classes typically run 4:45–8:30 pm — a great fit if you're looking for after-school or evening hours.   QualificationsWhat We're Looking For At least 16 years old; high school diploma or currently enrolled Gymnastics or coaching experience is a plus, but energy and reliability matter most Comfortable demonstrating basic gymnastics/ninja movements Strong communication skills and a knack for keeping kids engaged safely Employees 18+ must pass a criminal background check Perks Work just 16 hours a quarter and you'll earn a complimentary Countryside YMCA membership, plus discounts on family programs.
