SAIC has an immediate opening for a Major Systems Acquisition (MSA) Specialist to provide direct customer support on a critical development effort. We are seeking a candidate who will:

 

  • Develop, draft, and coordinate overarching program planning and execution documents in support of MSAs
  • Facilitate program reviews (including program wide quarterly reviews) coordinating and compiling inputs from a large number of stakeholders
  • Participate in technical interchange meetings with customer program and vendor stakeholders
  • Guide and support program acquisitions through formal governance and oversight processes
  • Develop acquisition plans, schedules, and executive program briefings
  • Provide program element coordination among various stakeholders
  • Act with initiative and flexibility to work both individually and in a team environment with limited oversight
  • Anticipate and address customer requirements
