What You’ll Do:

As a Materials Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring materials and parts flow efficiently to support operations:

  • Receive, package, and locate for storage all incoming spare parts, placing on shelves or in drawers, retrieving items for shipping, package and prepare materials for shipment.

  • Schedule and coordinate emergency shipments via same-day courier resources. Able to respond 24-7-365 via phone, cell or in person, if necessary. 

  • Safely operate plant material handling equipment as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2-5 years previous material handling experience preferred

  • Physically lift and move awkward and/or heavy parts and packages up to 50 lbs. in weight

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • SAP experience is a plus

  • A reliable and collaborative professional who thrives in a team environment, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and takes pride in delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work

  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire
