The Opportunity

At Adobe, our Global Strategic Sourcing organization plays a meaningful role in enabling innovation, value creation, and operational excellence. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will work closely with the business to deliver measurable results through efficient sourcing and supplier negotiations. This position is for a sourcing expert who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and seeks an opportunity to grow their procurement career at a leading company.

What You’ll Do

  • Complete low to medium-complex procurement projects and negotiations, including supplier/market research, managing the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle, contracting, and supplier management.
  • Analyze supplier proposals and conduct pricing evaluations.
  • Negotiate master services agreements, amendments, and statements of work in collaboration with Legal.
  • Track and report sourcing outcomes, including savings.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or a related function.
  • Working knowledge of Source‑to‑Contract (S2C) processes and RFx execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to assess commercial proposals and formulate data‑driven recommendations.
  • Experience working across departments with business partners, finance, and legal teams.
  • The capacity to handle several sourcing projects at once.
  • High attention to detail, effective time management, and a proactive approach to solving problems.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in corporate services, professional services, and consulting in strategic sourcing.
  • Exposure to global sourcing environments and matrixed organizations.
  • An AI focused attitude and desire to improve personal productivity.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $75,900 -- $156,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

 

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
