Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Cabinet related installation, carpentry and repair work Hardware installation Perform service work on existing homes and new construction sites Review and follow all job plans and instructions as listed in our internal tracking system. Track and update job status in our Internal Tracking System Observe operation of tools and equipment assigned to ensure proper maintenance and safe operation Coordinate repairs of tools and equipment as needed. Maintain and operate equipment in accordance with operating manuals and procedures, and maintain your assigned work area in a high state of cleanliness/readiness Perform other duties as assigned by management   Work Environment Will work mainly in customer homes, new construction sites and commercial work sites with multiple floors. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at job construction sites, which can include high noise levels, fumes from paint or stain, and unfinished walking areas.   Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
