FYZICAL Therapy & BalanceCenters Short Pump is seeking a Physician Liaison to join our teamin a Full-Time role. The Physician Liaison collaborates closelywith our clinical team, while also acting as a brand ambassador to thecommunity, calling upon local physicians to build relationships and prospectreferral leads to grow our patient referral base. PrimaryResponsibilities Include:
- Leadinitiatives to build volume and favorable provider perceptions among internaland external referral streams
- Developand implement specific outreach, relationship building, and marketing plans to
meet goals - Analyzereferral data, check DMR daily, and facilitate marketing campaigns
- Usetemplates and programs for tracking and leads management
- Developstrong business relationships with local community organizations and businesses
- Workcollaboratively with other system functions that interact with physicianoffices,
including hospital medical affairs, outbound referral systems, providerrecruitment, and
provider resources - Establishand maintain ongoing communication with referring providers and/or their
office staff, including routine or follow-up visits, email, and phone calls - Useresearch-based methods and implement strategies to build awareness and trust
- Identifyreferral sources (target audiences)
- Other duties as assigned
SuccessfulCandidates Must Have:
- A college degree ispreferred, with at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Valid driver’slicense and good driving record
- Recent experienceworking in a communications position within a sales or marketing environment
- Willingness totravel within an assigned territory
- Strongorganizational and time management skills
- Fluent in computerprograms
- Effective oral andwritten communication skills
- Team player who can work in harmony withothers
- Excellenttime management skills, organization, and communication skills
- Abilityto work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
